XLLaundry is an app connecting you with home cooks & Chefs in your city. We provide a platform for Chefs & home cooks to share their creations with you. Our aim is to offer our customers the widest selection of authentic homemade dishes from around the world. These are 100% home-cooked by independent Chefs and delivered to your table by XLLaundry

How it Works 
 

All Chefs selling on the XLLaundry app are independent and are not employees of XLLaundry. We provide Chefs with a platform to showcase and sell their menus while offering customers a wide selection of authentic homemade food from around the world

Chefs set their own menus, prices, and delivery dates

Step 1: Login/Signup:  

SignUp or Login through Email, Facebook or Google accounts to enter the app.

Step 2: Set your Location

Confirm your address on the map or enter it manually.

Step 3: Explore Cuisines & Chefs

Explore cuisines to filter Chefs by cuisine type or Select Delivery Date to see Chefs delivering on those days

* note that you will only see Chefs that are delivering on the date you selected

** note that delivery options are for next day or any days following the next day, depending on Chefs availability

Step 4: Add to Cart 

Add dishes to your cart by clicking on the dish name and selecting quantity

Step 5: Confirm Delivery Time

Select delivery time from the menu at Checkout

Step 6: Place Order

Once you place your order, a notification is sent to the Chef. You will receive a notification on your phone and an email as soon as the Chef confirms your order

Payment methods accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, Interac or PayPal.

Your payment is held on your card until the Chef accepts the order, after which payment is confirmed

Step 7: Chef Confirmation
You will receive a notification on your screen and an email confirming the order

Step 8: Order Delivery
You will receive a notification when your order is on the way

Step 9: Chef Review

After your order is delivered, please review the Chef in the Orders tab
